Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Forward it, or use ours alongside it.
What counts as a minute?
Time Dimple spends on a call. Spam and robocalls are filtered and don't count.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel from the billing screen.
What if I already have reminders in my practice software?
Keep them. In onboarding you choose what Dimple handles and what your existing tool keeps doing, so no one is texted twice.
Do you replace my front desk?
