1. Who sends the messages

Messages in this program are sent by Dimple Dental LLC ("Dimple") to people who have asked to hear from us: practice owners, office managers and staff who request a founding seat, book a demo, or are invited to a Dimple account.

This page does not cover texts that a dental practice sends to its patients using Dimple. Those are sent by the practice, under the practice's own consent process and its own messaging program.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by doing one of these — never by default, and never as a condition of buying anything:

  1. The founding-seat or contact form at dimple.dental/founding. Under the form there is a checkbox that is unchecked by default. If you check it, you agree to the consent language shown next to it (reproduced below). Marketing messages have a separate, second checkbox, also unchecked by default.
  2. Being invited to a Dimple account. When a practice adds you as a staff member and provides your mobile number, we text you one invitation. Ongoing texts (sign-in codes, account notices) are sent only after you accept the invitation and enable text notifications in your account settings.
  3. Replying START to a message from this program after a previous opt-out.

"I agree to receive text messages from Dimple Dental LLC (Dimple) about my inquiry, demo scheduling, account setup, sign-in codes, support, and billing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms."

Consent language shown on the form (marketing, separate checkbox):

"I also agree to receive occasional marketing text messages from Dimple Dental LLC (Dimple) about product updates and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

3. What you'll receive

  • Non-marketing: replies to your inquiry, demo scheduling, a staff invitation, one-time sign-in codes, setup and support messages, billing notices.
  • Marketing (only with the separate opt-in): product updates, founding-practice offers, event invitations.

4. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan.

5. How to stop, get help, or rejoin

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We'll send one confirmation text and nothing further from that program.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact hello@dimple.dental.
  • Reply START to rejoin, or opt in again through a form.

6. Example messages

"Dimple Dental LLC (Dimple): Thanks for requesting a founding seat, [FirstName]. A real person will reach out within one business day. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

"Dimple: [FirstName], your sign-in code is [Code]. It expires in 10 minutes. If you didn't request this, ignore this message."

"Dimple: [PracticeName] invited you to their Dimple account. Accept here: [Link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

"Dimple: Your [PlanName] plan has used 80% of its included minutes this month. Extra minutes are $[Rate] each. Manage at [Link]."

7. Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messaging service. 8. Carrier notice

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
