Dimple always says it's an AI.
At the start of every call, in every language. You can't turn that off.
A dental practice's reputation is one bad text away from damage. Here's exactly how Dimple behaves — and every rule on this page is enforced in code, not just promised.
At the start of every call, in every language. You can't turn that off.
Dimple only texts patients who agreed to be texted, and it keeps a record of when and how they agreed. If a patient texts your office first, Dimple can reply in that conversation — but it never uses that as an excuse to send marketing.
Any way a patient says it — "stop," "unsubscribe," "please don't text me" — Dimple stops, everywhere, within a minute.
No texts or calls from Dimple between 8 pm and 8 am in your time zone, and never outside the patient's own hours. The only exceptions: a verification code a caller asks for during a live call, and an immediate reply to a message a patient just sent.
Some states require everyone on the call to consent to recording. Dimple knows which, and says the right thing in each.
Your team can take over any conversation instantly. Billing questions, clinical questions and complaints go to a person automatically.
Patient data lives in Dimple's own systems. It is never sent to email tools, automation tools, or marketing services. Transcripts are redacted. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice, and Dimple does not go live on real patient data until the agreements on both sides are in place.
Before reading back a balance, insurance details or anything beyond a date and time, it texts a one-time code to the phone on file.
If a booking doesn't confirm, a text doesn't deliver, or anything else goes wrong, it shows up in your inbox with a plain reason. Dimple never reports success it can't prove.
No fake reviews, no fake testimonials, no stock photos of patients who don't exist.
Our team can halt all outgoing activity for one practice or every practice at once, and you can see that status on your dashboard.
